Operational targets for StartOCR availability and support response.
- Availability
- We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard, excluding planned maintenance announced on the Status page.
- Support response
- Pro and Team: best-effort same business day for billing and outages. Security reports: 2 business days acknowledgment.
- Credits
- If we miss the monthly availability target for paid plans, contact support@startocr.com for a service credit review.
